Thanks for this helpful podcast, managing workplace expectations can be problematic, even for the non-neuro-spicy. I hit burnout last year and needed months off work to recover, it is just under a year ago and I still doubt my ability to return to full-time employment. I have reassessed my working habits and am making changes to how I earn money. It hasn't paid off yet, but I am hoping it will eventually work for me. As a mum of 2 neuro-spicy teens who are also heading into the workplace it is important they understand how to manage these expectations.
